This class has the following characteristics and rules.

• Purchase of Equity Membership from the club (currently $10,000) or purchase a membership from a resigning member and pay a Transfer Fee to the club of $500.
• Unlimited golfing privileges.
• Full use of practice facilities.
• Full social privileges.
• Ability to invite family and guests to play golf at de Anza.
• Basic dues for this membership class are $625 payable monthly on a year-round basis
• If the oldest member is between 50 and 59 years of age, the dues are 80% of the basic dues for this membership class.
• If the oldest member is under 50 years of age, the dues are approximately 64% of the basic dues for this membership class.
• Guests pay the prevailing green fees plus cart fee.
• Special discounted green fee rate plus cart for family members.
• If new members in this class wish to pay the initiation fee over a 5-year period, they may join as Intermediate Members. In this case they will not become equity owners until such time as the full initiation fee has been paid.

Dining Room Minimum Spending: All membership classes are charged a Dining Room Minimum billed annually (in October) in advance. There are no refunds for the unused portion of the minimum after the conclusion of the dining season (May). The minimum is for food charges only.
