Memberships

Proprietary Membership: Proprietary members have full golfing privileges and full use of the clubhouse. They may sponsor applicants for membership and may hold any official position in the club. The sum of Proprietary and Intermediate memberships is limited to 275. Proprietary memberships may be transferred to an immediate family member through the Board of Directors. Transfers by inheritance may be only to the surviving spouse. Fees: $10,000 initiation spread over up to 10 years/$625 Monthly Dues - Voting rights come into effect only after full payment of initiation fees.

Intermediate Membership for Under Age 60: DACC offers an Intermediate membership to individuals under the age of 60. With couples, eligibility is determined by the age of the older partner, with membership being placed in either person’s name. Intermediate members have full use of the clubhouse and golf course but no voting privileges. Upon completion of the initiation payments, Intermediate members become Proprietary members, however the monthly dues will depend on the age of the older partner. Intermediate memberships are limited to 60. Fees: $10,000 initiation spread over up to 10 years. Monthly dues depend on the age of the older partner. Age below 50, $312.50 per month; Age 50 to 59, $468.75 per month

Social Membership: Social members have unlimited use of the clubhouse and may play golf one time per month as a guest of a golfing member paying the seasonal green fee rate. Social members have no voting or sponsoring privileges. Fees: $750 initiation/$100 Monthly Dues.

Dining Room Minimum Spending: All membership classes are charged a Dining Room Minimum billed annually (in October) in advance. There are no refunds for the unused portion of the minimum after the conclusion of the dining season (May). The minimum is for food charges only.
