For those members who enjoy getting
together for a casual workout, each
class includes a variety of techniques
such as yoga, pilates and
toning exercises.
 


 

Yoga

Wednesdays at 2 p.m.

This gentle yoga class is designed to
improve health, performance and mental
acuity. This is an all-level class so whether
you are a beginner or advanced Yogi you
will be sure to benefit from these practices.
