FITNESS CENTER

Work up a sweat in our Fitness Center using the best equipment for any kind of workout, be it basic or advanced.  Members have full access to free weights, elliptical machines, treadmills and other equipment.
 
de Anza’s Fitness Center is open seven days a week, from:
 
Seasonal Hours (October - Early May)
7:00am – 5:00pm daily.
 
Summer Hours (Late May - September)
6:00am - 12:00pm

Exercise Class with Sarah

This class incorporates free-weights, core strengthening and stretching exercises. Classes will be held outdoors, weather permitting. Classes are complimentary. All members are welcome.
